Jaká data Kolega z Googlu získává

Napojení na Google Drive je dobrovolné. Zapíná ho jen správce projektu a jen pro svůj projekt. Při připojení se přihlásí svým účtem Google a povolí tato oprávnění:

• openid, email – adresa účtu, aby bylo vidět, který účet je k projektu připojený;
• drive.readonly – čtení souborů na Google Drive.

Kolega z Drivu čte jen jednu složku, kterou správce vybere: název, typ, velikost, čas změny a verzi souborů, které v ní přímo leží. Obsah souboru stáhne až ve chvíli, kdy ho správce do projektu přidá. Dokumenty, tabulky a prezentace Google přitom převede na DOCX, XLSX nebo PDF.

Kolega na Google Drive nic nezapisuje, nemění ani nemaže.

K čemu data slouží

• Členové projektu vidí v Kolegovi seznam souborů z připojené složky.
• Soubor, který správce přidá, se uloží do podkladů projektu jako neměnná verze. U verze je zapsaný její původ: ID souboru a složky na Drivu, účet, verze a kontrolní součet.
• U přidaných souborů Kolega pozná, že je na Drivu novější verze.

Data z Googlu Kolega nepoužívá k reklamě, neprodává je, nepředává třetím stranám a nepoužívá je k trénování modelů umělé inteligence.

Kde a jak dlouho se data uchovávají

Přístupový klíč k Google účtu a přidané soubory jsou uložené na serveru Kolegy s omezeným přístupem a v jeho zálohách. Přístupový klíč se nikdy neposílá do prohlížeče. Seznam souborů ve složce se drží v paměti nejvýš 60 sekund.

Přístupový klíč se uchovává, dokud správce Google Drive od projektu neodpojí. Přidané soubory zůstávají v podkladech projektu, dokud z něj nejsou odebrány nebo dokud nepožádáte o smazání.

Jak přístup zrušit a data smazat

• V Kolegovi: v souborech projektu u skupiny „Ze složky Google Drive“ zvolte Odpojit Google Drive. Kolega přístup u Googlu zruší a klíč ze serveru smaže.
• U Googlu: přístup lze kdykoli odebrat na stránce myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Smazání souborů přidaných z Drivu a dalších údajů vyřídíme na žádost poslanou na rene@baldachyn.ink.

Limited Use

Používání a předávání informací získaných z Google API se řídí zásadami Google API Services User Data Policy včetně požadavků Limited Use.

What data Kolega receives from Google

Connecting Google Drive is optional. Only a project manager can turn it on, and only for their own project. They sign in with their Google account and grant these scopes:

• openid, email – the account address, so the project shows which account is connected;
• drive.readonly – read access to files in Google Drive.

Kolega reads only the one folder the manager selects: the name, type, size, modification time and version of the files directly inside it. File content is downloaded only when the manager adds a file to the project. Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are exported to DOCX, XLSX or PDF.

Kolega never writes, modifies or deletes anything in Google Drive.

How the data is used

• Project members see the list of files in the connected folder.
• A file the manager adds is stored in the project's materials as an immutable version, with its origin recorded: Drive file and folder ID, account, version and checksum.
• For added files, Kolega shows when a newer version exists in Drive.

Kolega does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, does not transfer it to third parties and does not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Storage and retention

The access token and added files are stored on Kolega's access-restricted server and in its backups. The access token is never sent to the browser. The folder file list is cached in memory for at most 60 seconds.

The access token is kept until the manager disconnects Google Drive from the project. Added files remain in the project's materials until they are removed from the project or until you request deletion.

Revoking access and deleting data

• In Kolega: in the project files, next to “Ze složky Google Drive”, choose “Odpojit Google Drive”. Kolega revokes the access at Google and deletes the token from its server.
• At Google: access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Deletion of files added from Drive and of other data is handled on request sent to rene@baldachyn.ink.

Limited Use

Kolega's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
